The 8 unit building was built in 2021. It offers two-bed two-bath units complete with washers and dryers in the unit. This building is two stories with decks on the front as well as the back.

The three 4 unit buildings offer two-bed one-bath. They were built in 1978 and 1979. These units have been recently updated but do not have washer and dryer hook-ups in the units.

We do allow small approved pets in our units with additional fees as long as they don’t become a nuisance to other residents.

We have a private park on the property for our residents to use. It currently has a basketball goal, park benches, a fire pit, as well as grills to be used anytime. We do have plans to add a playground and more seating in the near future!
